Romeo – We understand your instructions clearly

Welcome to the first entry. The word “Romeo” appeared to me to be the best word to name the blog site as it is one widely used in marine communications by radio operators to acknowledge a message when it is received from another station. To save repeating the entire message, the marine rescue radio operator will simplify it by just saying “Romeo”. What this means is that he / she, understands your message content or instructions and is ready to proceed to continue on with the communication. It may end straight after the acknowledgement with the the word “Out”. In other words there is no further need to transmit as all content is now recorded.
